Can You Sue Your Dog Trainer To Get Your Money Back? If They Did Nothing For You?

People tell me that they have been to trainer after trainer, throw in a behaviorist or two - and a vet - to no positive outcome. They keep throwing good money after bad - here's a bill for my opinion - pay me. And too many times, that's followed up with a death sentence for the dog. This needs to stop.
