Strawberries evoke the feeling of the beginning of summer.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz PEPPERY GIN
15ml-0.5oz APEROL
15ml-0.5oz CAMPARI
15ml-0.5oz LEMON JUICE
7.5ml-0.25oz AGAVE SYRUP
1 EGG WHITE
3 STRAWBERRIES

Muddle strawberries in base of your shaker. Shake all ingredients with a large rocks ice. Strain back into shaker and dry shake. Yes reverse shake! Fine strain into chilled glass.
