STRAWBERRY & COCONUT NEGRONI

How about a Negroni for the summer? At least for me, there are no limits to my love for Negroni. I love almost all variations of a Negroni.

Ripe white strawberries taste somehow like strawberries with vanilla and a hint of pineapple.

Experience the sweet, tangy essence of summer in every sip of this fruity Negroni twist.

Recipe:
45ml-1.5oz OVERPROOF GIN
30ml-1oz AGED SWEET VERMOUTH
30ml-1oz ITALIAN RED BITTER
15ml-0.5oz COCONUT WATER
1 WHITE STRAWBERRY

Muddle white strawberry in base of your shaker. Shake it with overproof gin, coconut water and ice.
Pour Italian red bitter and aged sweet vermouth into ice filled glass. Float with the mix out of your shaker. Stir before you drink.
