Gun Grabbers Looking Dumb Defending ATF Rule

As part of the Congressional Review Act, the House Judiciary Committee recently put forward HJ144 to the floor for a vote. The resolution would strip away the power from the ATF's rule that changed the definition of being "engaged in the business" of dealing firearms, suddenly requiring many more people to have an FFL to sell firearms.

Even worse, the rule makes it very vague on when and who needs to have a license, potentially leading to prosecutions of otherwise law-abiding Americans who are trying to follow the rules.

Representative Thomas Massie has counterpoints for almost all of these gun grabbers that argue in favor of the rule, including Rep McBath, Rep Johnson, Rep Swalwell, Rep Nadler, Rep Scanlon, Rep Ivey, and Rep Balint.

The ATF tried to use a small change in the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act to push the gun control agenda of the Biden Administration.
