Over 60 quotes or references to the Law. If Paul wanted to say that the Law was no longer applicable, then why would he apply the Law as an argument?
II Peter 3:16-18 specifically states the Paul is “hard to understand” and that unlearned men twist his words.

7 Laws in Romans
1. Law of God – 3:31; 7:22-25; 8:7
2. Law of Sin – 7:23-25 (This idea is introduced in 3:11-19 but identified in 7:23-25) {3:20 shows that the Law defines sin. So, if the Law is no longer applicable, then there is no sin. If there is no sin, then we do not need to repent, what would we repent of?}
3. Law of Sin and Death – 8:2
4. Law of Spirit of Life – 8:2
5. Law of Faith – 3:27
6. Law of Righteousness – 9:31
7. Law of Christ (Messiah) – 9:21

Being under the Law does not equate with the Law of God; it equates with being under the Law of Sin.
The main reason for following the Law of God is to bring glory to our Creator, not to remove sin. Christ removed sin so that we could bring glory to God through keeping His Law. The Law was never for salvation; at best, it could only cover sin for one year.
Grace is receiving forgiveness for breaking the Law of God. Breaking the Law of God is a sin. Sin leads to death. Therefore, being under grace means that we are free from the bondage of sin and death. We are not freed from the Law of God, but we are free to keep the Law of God.
