Thy Sins Be Forgiven Thee
Knowing the Place of Forgiveness in a Christian’s Life
Text: Mark 2:1-12

Obj: that the brethren understand the place of Forgiveness to each of our lives
and to the potential believers

Intro:
Saved = Forgiven - could be a title
- verses – parallel – Lk 5, Mat. 9

Things to Know in the Forgiveness of Sins:
1. Seeking for Forgiveness is Popular – vv. 1-4
a. ‘noised’, ‘many gathered’
2. Some people don’t understand Forgiveness – vv. 6-7
a. Mixing truth and error
b. We should not be confused of this basic truth
3. Forgiveness is for You and your Friend - vv. 3-4
a. ‘bringing one sick’
4. Forgiveness is of the Lord – vv. 5, 10
a. ‘Jesus saw their faith’

Message/conclusion:

Know the place of Forgiveness

Seek Forgiveness also and Forgive others as the Lord forgave
