In Chair Yoga to Help Relieve Sciatica Pain we begin seated and come to standing with the chair for a few postures to help warm up and stretch the glutes and hip muscles. This is a series of postures which have been helpful for people I've worked with who where having Sciatica and low back pain. Always be very mindful and go into each posture very slowly and above all listen to what your body is telling you. It should always feel better, relieving, relaxing:) If you find a few postures in particular which help you, stick to those and see how your body responds.
