1-Well I went downtown to buy a used car and when I pulled up on their lot
A hustler ran out the door, asked may I help you, I said, show me what you’ve got
We looked at a half a dozen cars, red, brown, green, black, and white
But, we never did seem to be able to agree on what would be a good price
Because, he would figure this and he would figure that, but his figures didn’t make any sense
He finally finished up with his numbers game and asked me if we could do business
C-I replied, I hate to be blunt but, I don’t say things twice
All of your figuring sounds to me like you are rolling loaded dice
There is not any other way for me to say this that sounds nice
But, I’ve found out that liars figure and that figures lie
2-His face lit up like a Roman candle, he knew that I was telling the truth
But, instead of being honest he got mad like most people do
When I got back home the wife asked, how things went
I replied, I told him he would not be getting from me one red cent…
