Joey and Mike from the Brew Nub community are taking on the exciting venture of brewing a 5-gallon Oktoberfest at home, utilizing the anvil foundry ( @anvilbrewingequipment ) 10.5 Gallon all-in-one brewing system alongside the All-Grain Beer Brewing Kit from More Beer ( @MoreBeer_ ) This dynamic combination makes the process seamless, allowing them to capture the essence of this historic fest beer. Traditionally brewed in spring and aged in cold caves over the summer, their Oktoberfest promises a delightful copper-colored Lager with a rich German malt flavor. It's a brewing experience that brings the spirit of Oktoberfest right to their home brewery.
