This is our introductory video for our new channel here on Rumble.com My wife and I are gluten free since 2006. It was a very hard transition since there was nothing labeled Glute Free. So after years of experimenting with recipes. We decided to start up video channels to help those are, are becoming or know someone who is gluten free.
