Engaging with China - A Rational Approach for Global Stability

The world should engage with and trade with China rather than isolating and turning it into an adversary. When I say "the world," I am primarily referring to the Anglo-Saxon nations, who fear losing their dominance to China. The U.S., in particular, is anxious about the end of its global supremacy, a situation of its own making—not China’s fault. In the beginning, the West reaped the benefits of China’s remarkable productivity and competitive pricing. Major corporations like Apple, Microsoft, and Tesla chose to manufacture their products in China, and global consumers were able to afford advanced technologies produced there.

Sanctions have never been an effective weapon, especially as wielded by the West to suppress competition. We live in a world led by corrupt leaders, placed in power by a handful of families controlling global affairs. The same elites expressing concern about China’s rise are the ones profiting massively from China’s economic boom. The hypocrisy is glaring when many members of the U.S. Congress and even the White House are financially tied to China. It’s as if a thief is calling his benefactor the enemy. This is the absurd, almost Dantesque comedy of lies that we are living through today.
