China & Brazil announce Global South peace initiative to end Ukrainian conflict

Countries of the Global South are set to launch an initiative aimed at ending the Ukraine conflict called ‘Friends of Peace.’ The announcement was made after a meeting between Chinese and Brazilian officials on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
