The tropical Pacific island of Saipan has a stray dog problem. There are roughly 42,000 human residents and more than 21,000 strays. But Lauren Cabrera, a New Hampshire native who moved to the island in 2012, is making it her mission to rescue as many as she can. Kristy Kilburn has more.
