Manasija Monastery, also known as Resava Monastery, is a Serbian Orthodox monastery located near Despotovac, Serbia. It was built between 1407 and 1418 by Despot Stefan Lazarević. The monastery is renowned for its medieval fortifications, including massive walls and 11 towers. Inside, there are well-preserved frescoes that represent some of the finest examples of Serbian medieval art. Manasija is considered one of the most significant monuments of Serbian cultural heritage.
