Derek Chisora Says Malik Scott Turned Deontay Wilder Into A Pussycat

In a recent interview with Radio Rahim. Derek Chisora let his issues with Malik Scott as a trainer be known. Deontay Wilder was a fierce Lion, that was turned into a pussycat.

Most boxing fans have noticed a difference in Deontay Wilder since he fired Mark Breland. I believe Malik Scott played a part in influencing Wilder to make that decision.

All you have to do is look at who benefitted from the firing of Mark Breland. Malik Scott benefited by being elevated to lead trainer. Wilder has gotten worse ever since Milik's been the lead.

Wilder doesn't throw his jab anymore. He doesn't set up the right hand like he used to. But most importantly. Wilder has not been able to beat elite heavyweights.

As long as Wilder was with Mark Breland. He could disguise Deontay Wilder's flaws by cherry-picking low-ranked opponents, padding Deontay's resume.

As soon as Wilder fought a highly skilled heavyweight, he's been getting his a** kicked. Let's listen to the interview and see if Derek Chisora has a point.
