Ego Lifting in Hip Thrusts: Why Lockout Matters for Glute Gains

It's called EGO LIFTING HIP THRUST/GLUTE BRIDGE.

Some people keep increasing their hip thrust weight, but their range of motion no longer reaches full lockout (the top range of the thrust). The thing is, the glutes work hardest at the top of the hip thrust (lockout).

Film your hip thrust lockout, and please reduce the weight to get a full lockout rather than piling on plates and wondering why your glutes aren’t progressing even when you're lifting heavy.
