Almost 2024 and there are still people sharing these as glute exercises 🤦‍♀️ they are definitely the worst bodyweight glute exercises.

Building your glutes is the same as building any other muscle—lifting weights with progressive overload. Especially since the glute muscles are large and strong, they can’t be shaped with just those kinds of exercises.

If your goal is HIIT, cardio, functional training, or warming up, that’s fine. But don’t expect your glutes to grow with just those exercises.
