Young Politician from Kansas Caught with Disgusting Child Porn in Osage City, KS

A city council member had his residence in Osage City raided by the FBI in 2009. Leading up to the search warrant, federal agents had taken control of an account on a peer-to-peer file sharing network in San Diego and used it to investigate other users who were sharing with the account.

After pleading guilty in 2010 to two counts of receiving or distributing and one count of possessing cp with no plea deal in place, he was sentenced to 210 months (17.5 years) in federal custody.
