Oh yes!!! Childhood Nostalgia Right here, which I was just thinking of this show the other day, this Obscured 90's Cartoon was one of Kids WB's most obscured Hidden Gems back in the day which was heavially overlooked,as this show displayed a strong Female lead, which was very Rare for animated shows at the Time. This Show was awsome and so underated which the animation style reminds me so much of both the 2003 4kids Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Series and the 90's Batman: The Animated Series.

This show came out the Same year as both "The Men in Black" Cartoon

and "Channel Umptee 3",in 1997,

two other animated cartoon TV Series that aired on "KIds WB" back in the day,and this was WAY before Pokemon Gen 1 was a thing.lol

Before Poke-Mania invaded Kids WB 2 years later in 1999,Kids WB also had alot of obscured/Popular gems back than, like with the Earthworm Jim Cartoon,Detention,Road Rovers and Freakazoid.

Sadly, for whatever reason, what so ever, this show never caught on to the same level of populariey as the other Kids WB Shows at the time like the 90's Animaniacs,Batman: The Animated Series,Men in Black,Batman Beyond and Super Man: The Animated series, and was cancelled shortly only airing a few episodes dued to poor time slot placement and bad ratings (Channel Umptee 3,another obscured 90's Kids WB Show, also suffered a Similar fate)

the good news is,recently Discotek finnally released this obscured gem on Bluray and is now also streaming on Tubi and Internet Archieve:

And speaking of Calamity Jane,IDW Comics published a series a series of Papertrade Graphic Novels based on the fictional/American Historical frontierswoman

And speaking of Wild Western Cowgirls (Female Cowboys) in general, while not related to Calamity Jane, but I also highly reccommend checking out this short Lived 80's Comic Book series called "Black Phantom" from AC Comics which lated for 3 issues
