Recipe and ingredients

Milk 300 ml.
Wholemeal flour 200 g, baking powder 2 tsp.
Knead the dough and wait 15 minutes.
Bake for 45 minutes/200°C/400°F.
Cheese 150 g.
Bake for 15 minutes/200°C/400°F.

Mozzarella 100 g.
6 tortillas.

Cut 2 potatoes.
Add potatoes to the pan.
Pour 600 ml of water into the pan.
Cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.
Mash the potatoes.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Add 1 tablespoon of melted unsalted butter.
Cornstarch 3 tbsp.
Mix well.
Roll the mashed potatoes into balls and then flatten them.
Add mozzarella cheese and form into lumps.
Fry in olive oil for 3 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 3 minutes.

Fry until golden brown.

Minced meat (400g).
Fry over medium heat.
Black pepper.
Salt.
Add fried onion.
Green pea.

Tomato sauce.
Cheese.
Olive oil.
Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Parsley.
