Police Chief EXPOSES Haitian Migrant Crisis in Springfield, Ohio |

Jack Duncan is the Police Chief of the neighboring community Tremont City. We have a city that is in absolute turmoil. Everybody is against everybody and a general atmosphere of lawlessness.

Haitians are driving without licenses and don't know how to drive. Jack suggests the Haitians aren't being charged with misdemeanors because two can be a reason to be deported. Chief Duncan was cut-off from access to the police scanners in Springfield; this is so the Springfield police can go silent and was the same day the State troopers came in to the city.
