Getting along with shorts-wearers in Pokémon Red (Pokémon Red Part 5)

In this episode, I explore the route to the west of Pewter city, since it was unlocked after dispatching Brock's boulders. This route is mostly young trainers that aren't particularly powerful, but you still shouldn't sleep on them. Koopa had a few close calls and I definitely made heavy use of Kanto's healthcare system.

Among these trainers were the 2 shorts wearing youngsters. I respect their choice of clothing but I can't respect their choice of pokémon strategy.

Atilla does really well this episode. He evolves into his final form, and he really pulls his weight on many a foe.

Eventually I make it to the entrance of Mt. Moon, where the episode ends.
