flamethrower in action

I seared my lamb shanks with my new flame thrower tonight, it works fantastic. We had the lamb, mashed spuds, roasted carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoe, swede, turnip, and gravy made with the lamb juices, and mint sauce. It was delicious.
