Was the example too harsh? (Part 2)

This is the last video that I'm going to try to explain when a woman doesn't have that spunk. When compared to the other members of Destiny's Child, its pretty obvious who didn't have that spunk. We still like Michelle but the market wanted to see the other two, no offense.
