Charles Kwesi Neblett is a devoted father and a passionate advocate for health equity and community engagement. Known for his tireless efforts in addressing disparities in prostate cancer mortality rates among African American men, Kwesi’s commitment to promoting equality and well-being is deeply rooted in his family legacy of civil rights.

Inspired by his father's battle with stage IV metastatic prostate cancer, Kwesi created the #BlackProstateCheckChallenge, a nationwide initiative aimed at raising awareness and educating the community about prostate health. This campaign seeks to change the narrative around prostate health and promote healthier lifestyles while improving access to better care for Black men.
