Wellness Philosophy

I put off doing it for as long as possible, but it showed up in my feed so I watched, (only for the second time) "The Truman Show." And there's this exchange near the end, (this is not a spoiler, well maybe it is), where Truman asks "Who are you?" And the voice comes back, "I am the Creator... of a TV show." Somehow I thought that was poignant to this essay, but I have forgotten why. I left it in anyway, because no one reads these.

Everyone, in my humble opinion, should have a (their own) Philosophy of Life.

No Fibonacci today because it's Wellness Wednesday. We reserve the middle of the week to focus on general well being. Look back to Sunday, how have we done so far? Look forward to Saturday, what can we do to make it through? How can we be better?

The part of your humble vagabond that is connecting with and ever aligning with Universe is concerned about Your well being. "Why is this?" Ego asks. "Because the You that you are is a part of the Everything that I am." Don't get it twisted, I don't stay up nights worrying about the chaotic state of human the species." But at the same time I can be concerned. This is how Truth works. It is everything and there's no nothing. Thus, the Universe within this vessel is concerned about itself. Namaste.

What we do for Us, we do for Thee. The stories and experiences we share can be adopted by your Being, and if you find them useful, continue onward to a higher state of bliss and a lower state of panic.

This is an excellent era to improve your wellness. When I intentionally began my wellness journey I eventually learned that a better way to start was not by adding products, but by eliminating them. Perhaps that could be a subject for a future Rant Cast.
