Yoga Sitting On The Floor - 42 Minute Class

In Yoga Sitting on the Floor, we remain seated on the floor throughout. We begin with about 10min. of Breathing, then we move into all seated postures with modifications, then we end with a nice long relaxation, about 10 min.

Feel free to bring blocks or a strap if you have them, they are not required though. You can also sit on a blanket folded into a rectangle if it is not comfortable to sit directly on the floor.
