The Gospel of John 6

Jesus said, “It is I; do not be afraid. I am the bread of life; whosoever comes to me shall never hunger; and whosoever believes in me shall never thirst. I say to you truly, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you will have life in you. My flesh is truly meat; and my blood is truly drink. The words I have spoken to you are spirit and life.”
