Ice-shroom is a member of the Winter-Mint family.
Ice-shroom costs 175 Sun. (-25 Sun at levels 8 and 10.)
Ice-shroom deals 200 damage (+200 damage per level.)
Ice-shroom chills all zombies in a 3x3 area around it.
Ice-shroom boosts all Winter-Mint plants in a 3x3 area around it.
This will boost all Winter-Mint plants by 1.75x. (+0.25x at levels 6 and 10.)

Commentary:
Winter-Mint plants finally get some lovin'!

Bottom Line:
Problem with Winter-Mint plants is that they are either money plants or cost a lot of Sun. Winter-melon is pretty strong all by itself and paying 50% of its cost to do slightly more than 50% just says why bother when the player can purchase a 2nd Winter-melon and save the card slot?

That said, Ice-shroom as a front line plant is pretty good. It's good for slowing zombies, extinguishing flames and does some nice damage to thin out the horde. Just don't think of using Ice-shroom as a Winter-plant booster unless you have Cold Snapdragon.
