Disney Giving Away Disney+ | Desperate Attempt to Boost Subscribers

Bob Iger and other Disney executives have maintained since the launch of the Disney+ platform that it will reach profitability by the end of this fiscal year and now they are essentially giving away subscriptions.

It has been announced that for a limited time new and returning Disney+ subscribers can get 3 months access for only $1.99 a month. This is clearly so Disney executives can boast about the number of new subscribers for their streaming platform at the next investors call. In fact, this is exactly what they did last year.
