Pathogenic white fuzz material killing a beetle inside a clinic

Some of the white fuzzy material that falls from the sky.... attacking and killing a beetle. There was no air conditioning on, no open windows or fans, no movement or breeze nearby to cause this. This fuzzy stuff has been falling out of the sky and is pathogenic. It is not cotton, it is not feathers, it is not pollen.
