Fibonacci & Peanut Butter

It seems that there are a few Fibonacci fans out there. I didn't want to leave you hanging. We continue the series today, but heads up, we may not get to it tomorrow. (This is why you subscribe.) Anyway. It's a workout day. First of the Fall. We have a new fitness theme happening, so if you're following... Well, there's your update. It will take us time and reminders to get more functional fitness in between lifting.

The part about the Peanut Butter was edited out of yesterday's episode. Little did I know I'd be picking up the theme today. There are a few beliefs I had about peanut butter that don't seem to be true. There's so much that I take for granted and don't investigate. We don't get to do deep dives on everything. If we did, we'd never come up for air.

Thinking about the future. Not that distant. Next decade.

We reached our bare hands deadlift goal, (350 lbs) and now we have several Dl goals in mind; repping 295-315 bare hands, and pulling 410 with wraps. That should keep us busy for a while. We were hipped to oscillation reps, (which we knew by another name) so we started adding them. Monkey Bars work is amazing though challenging. And we started something else, but that's coming later.
