The Department of Justice released Donald Trump’s would-be shooter, Ryan Routh’s, manifesto in which he offers $150,000 to anyone who can successfully kill the GOP nominee.
Is it appropriate for the DOJ to release this information so close to the election and the recent assassination attempt?
