Eggplant, fries, tomato’s and green beans (recipe included)

Today’s meal was eggplant, tomatoes, fries, and fresh green beans.

What you need:
1. Two eggplants.
2. One pound of fresh snap green beans.
3. Three tomatoes
4. Two large potatoes
5. Skillet
6. Pan
7. Cooking spray
8. Salt and pepper (optional)
9. Big pan
10. Water

How to make it:
1. Cut eggplant into slices. Make sure they are equal in size.
2. In a skillet spray pan with cooking spray. On medium heat add eggplant. Cook and turn on both sides for about an hour. Cook until tender.
3. Wash and cut tomatoes and put in a bowl
4. Cut two large potatoes into fries shapes.
5. Pre-heat oven to 420 degrees. Your oven may vary. Spray pan with cooking spray and place potatoes slices on pan. Cook for an hour in over. And take out pan half way through to flip fries. Fries are done when they are crispy on the edges, but soft.
6. Wash and snap green beans. In a large pot boil green beans until tender. We cooked ours for an hour. Cooking times may vary. Be sure to add a little bit of water back to the pan as it cooks. Stir green beans with spoon. Green beans are done when tender.
Add salt and pepper to food if you wish. Enjoy!
