Honey Wheat Bread using Hand Mixer and Slap & Fold

Honey Wheat Bread Recipe makes two 9x5 inch Loaves and is the best Bread recipe I've ever used!
I'm demonstrating the Slap and Fold method for developing the strength in this dough because it is a very wet dough.

4 Cups, 480 grams, Bread Flour, divided
2 Cups, 226 grams, Whole Wheat Flour
4 1/2 Teaspoons Instant Dry Yeast or Active Dry Yeast, (2 packets)
2 1/4 Teaspoon Table Salt
2 Cups Water
1/2 Cup, 8 TBSP, Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Large lightly beaten Egg
Honey Wheat Bread Egg Wash:
1 TBSP Water
1 Egg White
