Star Trek Online: Time Bandits - The Iconian Wars and Delta Force.

First on today's menu was recruiting a new Kobali bridge officer through a quick mission on Kobali Prime and then a quick refit to complete the day's rare Endeavour. Then it gets a bit wierd...we're thrown through a time portal to discuss a problem with another Planet Killer, time to head back (to the future?) to prevent it from being made operative. We kind of manage it, but wipe out all life on a planet whilst doing so. We'll call that one a tie then yes? Afterwards a quick fleet action to progress the ship event before getting pulled into a massive space battle invovling all the factions fighting together to stop the Iconians. First we head to Starbase 234 when the briefing is interrupted by the invasion, then as the tide seems to be turning we're forced to head to New Romulus space for more Iconians - it's turning into one of those days. Things go badly here also as the Iconians beam down to the planet and start causing issues there. Off we go again! On the planet we fight our way to the underground chamber with the Portal where we discover a new and even more powerful Iconian - Siiit the ever horizontal bridge office does some close inspections of the ground and after reviving her- again - we step through the portal to find ourselves in the Founder's Archive.
Here we make a startling discovery, the Founders made all the races and seeded the planets, even the Iconians who were, apparently, the problem children always causing problems. Well they certainly do here as what looks like the Iconian Queen floats through a huge portal and kills her parents - all of them. We escape just before a massive Iconian ship blows up the entire planet! Another resounding success for us! Next we join Delta Flight - No, Chuck Norris does not appear - just Tom Parris and his crack team of pilots, engineers and misfits. Marvel at my flying skills as I turn corners and almost hit all of the aiming points as we head to an Iconian base where we encounter and destroy an Iconian dreadnought and a base that appears to be about to open a route for the Solenae to flood into our space. What will the Iconians have up their sleeves next?
