Kamala Harris wanted to come into homes of legal guns owners to check if they are being responsible

Kamala Harris in 2007: "Just because you legally possess a gun in the sanctity of your locked home, doesn't mean that we are not going to walk into that home and check to see if you are being responsible and safe in the way you conduct your affairs"
A former prosecutor who supposedly studied the law and the Constitution of the United States of America seems to be ignorant of the 2nd and 4th Amendments.
