Israel planning further attacks on Lebanon

Israeli airstrikes killed 274 people in Lebanon, including 21 children and 39 women, after they battered Hezbollah positions on Monday, the health ministry said, in the bloodiest day yet of a campaign to end rocket fire by the Iran-backed militia.
