Honey Garlic Chicken recipe that you can whip up in 30 minutes!

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a little heat)
Salt, to taste
Chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prep the Chicken:

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces or leave them whole, depending on your preference.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chicken pieces and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine & Serve:

Add the chicken back into the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Let it cook for another 1-2 minutes so the chicken soaks in the flavors.
Garnish & Serve:

Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions.
Serve over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables.
