BLUE STEEL: CT Scan + ANZ flag art + Windows icons + AČE-20 Alphabet (10s*20fps*768p)

- A variation on English is to remove the 6 letters B D G J V Z. I liked how simple 20=10s*2 letters/second is:

- But it should be more like:
A Č E F H I K L M N O P θ R S T U W Ng Y
- C should be replaced with Č, Q with θ, & X with Ng. I pronounced Q & X as "Th" & "Ng". The ideal AČE-20 versus ABC-26 can be compared/contrasted. But the letters are probably shaped & ordered wrong anyway.
- CT colors are standard LUT from ImageJ.
- The ANZ+QLD flags are arranged like a motor, with pistons, cylinders & spinning shaft at the bottom. It emulates a neck for the CT surview.
- Win10, Win8, Win7 & Vista icons are from imageres.dll. Win7 also sndvolsso.dll. WinXP icons are from shell32.dll, but they run out, which offs the shaft.
- Win10/Win7 are for the pistons & cylinders. Maybe I should have put My Computer/Recycle Bin with the pistons!
- If each country had its own OS, then their flag would be what backs the icons.

- The audio sample-rate is wrong! It should be 8192Hz mono, not 44100Hz stereo, to match the pictograms.
- The sound of each of the 20 letters is represented as graphical wave, passing through the flag art. Red/Blue means positive/negative in this encoding. It goes left→right. Arabic/Hebrew would use R→L. Does everyone get similar pictograms after developing them? They're like fingerprints, but for the alphabet.
- This is a 1-stroke. 4-stroke would require more frames, but 2-stroke should be better (1 letter at a time, not 2). 4-stroke might be ABČ-26.
- There's 2 PayPal + bitcoin + ANZ QR codes from 2018. All accounts got shut-down except for the bitcoin. Only it stood the test of time, which was a big surprise to me. PayPal was a nightmare. (Only put money there if you can afford to lose it for 6 months.) 🙁
- Grouping vowels & consonants could give order

- But the vowels should have order: U O A E I.
