In this video, I will be showing you how to make a delicious and flavorful Palak Gosht. This popular Pakistani dish combines tender pieces of meat with a rich and creamy spinach gravy, making it the perfect comfort food.

Ingredients:
• 500 grams of mutton (bone-in pieces)
• 500g fresh spinach (roughly chopped)
• 2 medium onions (sliced)
• 2 tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/2 cup ghee
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 2 and 1/2 cups water
• Chopped green chili and fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. Boil the spinach: Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain the water. Set aside.
2. Heat ghee in a wok over medium heat.
3. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
4. Add the mutton pieces and ginger-garlic paste. Fry on medium-high heat until it changes color and browns slightly.
5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
6. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric, paprika powder, salt and yogurt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Add water ( 2 and 1/2 cups) and bring it to a boil.
8. Cover and cook until the meat becomes tender.
9. Once the meat is tender, add the boiled spinach. Stir well and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, allowing the spinach to blend with the meat.
10. Add garam masala, kasuri methi, lemon juice and mix well.
11. Garnish with chopped green chili and fresh coriander leaves.
12. Serve with naan, chapati, or steamed rice.
