Cyberpunk 2077 Nomad Ep151 - Bird With Broken Wings / I've Seen That Face Before (No Commentary)

I get that pharmaceutical technology has obviously progressed a great deal in 2077 compared to today, but how the hell does someone get that cyberware installed UNDERNEATH the skin of their organic face and somehow be perfectly fine just moments after they leave the clinic?

I mean come on, their face would be swollen up like a balloon until the surrounding tissues had adapted to the implants presence and there would be sutures all around it! At the very least you would have to spend weeks healing with the face wrapped in a dressing to avoid infection... and V is just strolling around Dogtown of all places.

Nope, a surgery like that is going to go badly.
