Like strength trainers, they work on one muscle group a day. Then they rest it to let it grow stronger. You should practice each skill, aiming, drawing, reloading and transitioning targets a different day, then let them seep into the autonomous part of your brain, so when you head to a life-fire or dry-fire session to test yourself, everything will have "sunk in."
