Donald Trump not to run for president in 2028 if he loses the November election

Former US President Donald Trump has asserted he will not run for president in 2028 if he loses his current bid for the White House.

Trump’s comments came on Sunday during an interview with Sharyl Attkisson on Sinclair Broadcast Group’s ‘Full Measure’.

The pair spoke about several topics, with Attkisson eventually posing the question of whether he would run again for president.

“No, I don’t. No, I don’t. I think that that will be, that will be it. I don’t see that at all. I think that hopefully we’re gonna be successful,” he said.

This is Trump’s third run for the White House after defeating Hillary Clinton in 2016 and then losing to US President Joe Biden in 2020
