Kentucky Adventure Tour Spaas creek in Nissans

Join us on an overland adventure through the beautiful forest and hills of Eastern Kentucky on the Kentucky Adventure Tour! We take a Nissan Frontier and Nissan Titan and hit the trails of Kentucky for a truck camping weekend. We setup camp at the lovely ReLode Campground on Bald Rock Fork rd near Beattyville which is in the Red River Gorge area. We use Onx Off-road to follow the trails.

We rode the Bald Rock Fork rd, Lairson rd. fixer rd, Spaa creek trail, part of the Hollywood trail 1, Sand Lick rd, and Mountain Springs rod. These trails are primarily part of Main 1 of the Kentucky Adventure Tour or the Daniel Boone Backcountry Byway.

This area is about a two hour drive from Cincinnati, an house from Lexington and close enough to Louisville, Knoxville areas to make it a weekend getaway.

I have stayed at the Re-Lode campground twice and they have always been super nice and very easy to work with. This is the closest campground to the Motherlode parking area which leads to Volunteer wall, The Gallery

I film with a Fuji XT-30, GoPro Hero 9 and 10. iPhone 14 Pro Max and a DJI mini 2.....once I get it repaired!
