The dilemma of islam -542

Islam claims that the Quran is the word of God, instead of Jesus Christ, of course. But if the Quran is the word of God, and if God is one, is the Quran God ? If it is God, then Allah is not the only one who is God. And the islamic dogma professing that there is no other deity but Allah (21.25) is therefore false. If the Quran is not God, then it is imperfect because only God is perfect and if it is imperfect it can be improved and if it can be improved it can be criticized in either case can islam come out unscathed from this dilemma ?
