This lecture gives an overview of the doctrinal beliefs of John Gill. Gill was an 18th century pastor, preacher, and Bible scholar best known for his bible commentary on the Old and New Testaments. The video covers some of the doctrinal distinctives of Gill such as his belief in justification from eternity and his rejection of duty-faith. Gill's theology is contrasted from other theologians such as Richard Baxter and Andrew Fuller.
