THE BILLIWHACK MONSTER - 1920'S MILITARY SUPER SOLDIER

The Billiwhack Monster has been reported around Southern California. It is said it’s result of military experiments. Reports began in the 1930’s. In the 1950’s it was reported that a young boy was attacked by a Goatman-like creature and throughout the next decades, it stalked people and animals and would throw large rocks at cars and chase teenagers and hikers.

In 1922, World War I OSS officer August Ruble moved from Switzerland to the United States. He opened the Billiwhack Dairy in Santa Paula two years after moving to America. He began conducting genetic experiments for the military under the dairy farm in an underground facility to create a super soldier. Eventually, the dairy faced financial trouble and was closed down and sold. Ruble moved back to Switzerland and died under mysterious circumstances. The creature that was created was said to roam the area after he left. This creature was referred to as the Billiwhack Monster.

On this episode of “A Glitch in the Matrix,” Jessica discusses this creature and the super soldier program with Arkheim Ra. Arkheim Ra is a star seed who was targeted for a super soldier espionage mind control program in US Public School's Talented and Gifted (TAG) program. He served at Montauk under Project Phoenix and has several alters which engaged with time travel and alternate reality programs in what he believes may have been a swap alternate reality.
