Sabbath Celebration 9-21-24 Gods Call to Pray Against the Oppressor, Destroyer & Destruction.

Today's readings were Lamentations 2 and Isaiah 16. Both reading were about the anger of God poured out. In Lamentations 2 it was on his people for being disobedient for not resting the land every seven years. Does this reading apply to the corporate churches today? Is God's judgement about to come down on them? In Isaiah 16 his wrath was on the people of Moab for their arrogance and pride. Is Gods about to remove the destroyer, the oppressor and the destruction from our land? The remnant should pray that the oppressor will come to an end, and destruction will cease; and pray that the aggressor will vanish from our land.
