CYBERPUNK 2077 Developer Pushes for More DEI Hiring

Cyberpunk 2077 developer CD Projekt Red announced a new company mentorship program that’s open to women at the cost of excluding men for being men.

The aim with this program is to better represent women in the gaming industry since it is believed the reason less women are involved in video game creation is because they don’t have proper guidance. CD Projekt Red doesn’t seem to understand the idea that maybe women aren’t as involved in game development because they don’t gravitate to that line of work as much as men.
